Chuck Gunn

Chuck Gunn has been in the Real Estate and Auction Business since 1989. He grew up in the Bell Buckle, Fosterville, Christiana area and has developed a good knowledge of the rural and residential Real Estate market. Chuck married a Bell Buckle resident, Mary (Redden) Gunn and they have two daughters, Amy and Mary Beth. Chuck helped start a local chapter of Habitat for Humanity in Bedford Co. and is still active as a board member after 20+ homes have been built! Chuck is a graduate of Leadership Bradford and a member of the United Methodist Church in Bell Buckle.

Josh Simmons

Josh is a lifelong resident of the Shelbyville/Bedford Co. area. Earning a Business Degree in 2002 from MTSU, he has a great feel for the local markets, including Rutherford Co. With his father being an auctioneer for so many years, it seems almost second nature. He has been a Realtor for over three years now, as well as a General contractor. His wife, Carrie Brooke Taylor-Simmons is also a life long area resident who is now the Harris Middle School Guidance Counselor.

Joey Simmons

Joey Simmons has been a realtor for over 3 years and has been involved with auctions his entire life. As a Shelbyville Central and Middle Tennessee State University graduate, living in the Shelbyville - Murfreesboro area has given him a well-rounded, educated sense of the real estate market and led him into the Auction Division. Joey is married to the former Blair Smotherman, another fife- long resident of Shelbyville who now teaches fourth grade at Thomas Elementary School. Joey and the rest of the Auction Team are committed to getting your property SOLD quickly and hassle-free.

Melissa Simmons

     Melissa has been in the Real Estate business most all her life as her father, Bud Melson, and grandfather Sam Melson built homes and commercial buildings in middle Tennessee for many years. She is married to Jimmy and has three children, Angi Skinner, Joey, and Josh Simmons and three grandchildren. She is a former Shelbyville Eaglette and enjoys Zumba and horseback riding. She attends the Bell Buckle United Methodist Church and is their financial secretary. Melissa is a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty in Shelbyville, and invites all her friends to call her about AUCTIONS.

Sam Walker

Sam earned his real estate license from Career Institution in Nashville and his auctioneer license from Nashville Auction School. He has been serving clients from Bedford County and surrounding counties for over 17 years. Sam and wife Brenda have 2 children, Bo Walker and Susan (Jason) Pinkston and two grandchildren, Farrah and Ethan Pinkston and another on the way!
